【6年级英语作文】In our daily life, we often meet different people. Among them, my favorite person is my mother. She is not only a good mother but also a great teacher.

My mother is very kind and patient. She always helps me with my homework and teaches me how to be a good person. When I feel sad or worried, she listens to me carefully and gives me advice. Her words always make me feel better.

She is also very hardworking. Every day, she gets up early to prepare breakfast for the family. After work, she still has time to cook dinner and help me with my studies. I really admire her because she can do so many things at the same time.

What makes me love her most is that she always encourages me to try my best. Even when I fail, she never scolds me. Instead, she says, “It’s okay. Try again next time.” This makes me feel confident and brave.

I am very lucky to have such a wonderful mother. I want to thank her for everything she has done for me. I will study harder and make her proud in the future.
