一、单元概述
本单元围绕“日常活动”这一主题展开，通过学习一系列与日常生活相关的词汇和句型，帮助学生了解并描述自己及他人的日常活动。重点在于培养学生运用一般现在时表达习惯性动作的能力，并通过听、说、读、写的综合训练提高学生的语言应用能力。
二、教学目标

1. 学习并掌握与日常活动相关的词汇，如get up, have breakfast等。

- Demonstrate how to use these words/phrases correctly in sentences using general present tense.
3. Practice (15 minutes)
- Listening exercise: Play an audio clip of two people talking about their daily routines; then let students answer questions based on what they heard.
- Speaking activity: Pair work - Have each pair discuss their own daily schedules with each other before sharing them with the class.
4. Production (10 minutes)
- Writing task: Ask students to write down their ideal day as if it were Saturday morning from wake-up time until bedtime including all necessary details such as meals eaten, places visited etc...
5. Wrap-up & Homework (5 minutes)
- Review key points covered during today’s lesson.
- Assign homework where students need to interview one member of family regarding his/her typical weekday routine then report back next class period either orally or via written format depending upon teacher preference.
