My Happy Weekend

Hello! My name is Xiao Ming. I am a sixth-grade student. Last weekend was very enjoyable for me. On Saturday morning, I went to the park with my family. The weather was sunny and warm. We played frisbee and had a picnic under the big tree. It made me feel relaxed and happy.

In the afternoon, I visited the museum with my friends. There were many interesting exhibits about history and science. We learned a lot and took many photos. In the evening, we had dinner at a restaurant that served delicious Chinese food. I tried some new dishes, which were really tasty!

On Sunday, I stayed at home and finished my homework. Afterward, I spent time reading my favorite book. It was about an adventurous journey of a young boy. Reading always brings me peace and imagination.

I also helped my mom clean the house. She was very happy, and I felt proud to assist her. Before bedtime, I called my grandparents and told them about my weekend. They said they missed me and hoped to see me soon.

Overall, it was a wonderful weekend filled with fun, learning, and family time. I look forward to having more weekends like this in the future.
